Class Descriptions
Ab Work Express- This is a 45 minute class of hardcore abdominal work. It focuses on toning and defining the abs and strengthening the back to improve posture and core strength. All exercises can be modified for all fitness levels.
Beat HIIT- 45 Min Full body strength and cardio workout set to your favorite playlist! Great for all fitness levels!
Body By Barbell- A one hour, low intensity, high resistance class to improve muscular endurance and strength.
Bootcamp- This fitness fan favorite incorporates body weight, as well as resistance and cardio exercises for a great workout. All levels welcome, this class is modifiable.
BootyWork Express- This 45 min class is sure to challenge your lower body using a combination of body weight, and resistance training.
Boxing- This one hour class (perfect for beginners, no experience necessary) will go through boxing drills as well as cardio exercises and drills to build stamina.
Butts and Guts- 30 minute class dedicated to helping you build, lift and tone your glutes for the booty you’ve always wanted.
Cardio H.I.I.T - A high-intensity interval training workout which focuses on full body strength conditioning paired with cardio bursts. *This class is recommended for those who have been taking a group fitness class and are advanced in their fitness journey.
Cardio Kickboxing- Combines martial arts techniques with fast-paced cardio. Build stamina, improve coordination and flexibility, and burn calories as you build lean muscle with this fun and challenging workout.
Core Concepts- Awesome music motivates you through this all-in-one 30 minute class focusing on cardio, strength, balance and agility to strengthen your core.
Dynamic Yoga: Active stretching to enhance full-body flexibility, endurance, and balance. Class designed for intermediate to advanced yogis, and also athletes interested in leveling up their mobility
Friday Burn- In this one hour class, resistance training (using barbells and dumbbells) is followed by 30 second bursts of cardio resulting in a full body workout that gets your muscles working and your heart pumping.
Get In, Get Done, Get Out- Short on time? We've got you. This TABATA style workout is bodyweight and cardio exercises all with low impact (beginner) and high impact (athlete) modifications. A workout for anyone in only 30 minutes!"
HIIT Strength- Take your strength workout to the next level with high intensity intervals, endurance and skill. Working with all levels, to maximize your results, and give you a mix of challenges every week. A strength based workout working through high intensity intervals to build and tone muscle!!
Jump and Pump- 45 Min of jumping (on a mini trampoline) combined with intervals of resistance training with either weights/bands/or bodyweight.
The Mashup- Total-body strength and cardio conditioning that helps you blast fat and build lean muscle fast. It’s tough—but your instructor can show you how to modify any move, and the group motivation will help you push past your plateaus.Resistance and cardio training done in intervals.

Power Hour- Cardio and muscle intervals for the entire body. This strength-based class targets upper lower and abdominal muscles while improving your cardio stamina. High energy, all levels of participants
Power Yoga- This 50 min class incorporates strength and toning with a focus on openers. Good for all levels.
R.I.P.P.E.D- R.I.P.P.E.D. is a 'total body, high intensity style program' that uses free weights, resistance, and body weight exercises. Each section is devoted to a particular type of workout that allow you to experience a variety of moves to banish boredom and challenge your body.
SpinSprint- Spin Sprint is a 30-minute High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout, for all levels using an indoor bike to achieve fast results. A high intensity, low impact workout, it's scientifically proven to return rapid results. Combining hills, races, and sprints and amazing music for an all around good time while you sweat!!
Spin Rhythm- A 45 minute calorie torching Spin class to benefit your body, mind and soul! With a high energy playlist, feel the rhythm and experience an energy that will take you to the next level of your fitness journey!
Spin X Strength- This one hour class incorporates both cardio and resistance training utilizing the spin bikes as well as free weights. A great workout for beginners and advanced.
Stak’d- Dance inspired, this full body fitness workout incorporates light weights (3-5 lbs) as well as body weight exercises for a FUN, challenging, full body toning experience.
STRONG Nation- Combines high intensity interval training with the science of Synced Music Motivation. In every class, music and moves sync in a way that pushes you past your perceived limits, to reach your fitness goals faster.
STRONG Nation 45- Using only your body weight, STRONG Nation will test your strength and stamina in a powerful cardio and muscle-conditioning session in one, all led by music. STRONG45 packs a challenging total-body workout into 45 minutes. This efficient and focused class helps you fit fitness into any schedule.
Sunday Sweat Express- This 60 minute strength class utilizes barbells and dumbbells to give you an effective and balanced strength workout.
SWEAT Revolution- This 45 min class is sure to make you sweat. Go through multiple circuits that focus on strength (using weights) as well as cardio bursts add intensity.
Tabata With Tara- Total-body strength and cardio conditioning that helps you blast fat and build lean muscle fast. It’s tough—but your instructor can show you how to modify any move, and the group motivation will help you push past your plateaus.
TRX Circuit -This total body resistance class uses suspension bands and body weight to burn fat and build lean muscle while working the core the entire time. Short bursts of cardio will be incorporated to keep the heart rate up and the body guessing.
Torch and Tone- . Get lean, get toned, and feel unstoppable in the class that’s high-energy and super addicting! Utilizing weights as well as body weight exercises and cardio, this class is a fully rounded workout to get you results.
Turn Up Dance Fitness- This dance class is non stop energy using todays hits to get you moving and burning. A great workout for beginners and advanced alike. (No dance experience necessary)
Yin Yoga- With roots in martial arts & yoga, this class is designed to increase joint circulation and improve flexibility through holding deep stretches for a minute or longer. Focusing on healing the body's connective tissue, this style aids recovery for sore muscles from a hard workout.
Yoga Beats-This is a traditional yoga flow class with a great playlist to match! A wonderful way to end your night. Great for beginners and advanced alike!
Yoga Flow - Geared towards all levels of students. Expect to wake up, flow, sweat, move and get your day started on the right foot.
Zumba®- A fun and effective workout incorporating hip hop, soca, samba, salsa merengue, and mambo. Routines incorporate interval training- alternating fast and slow rhythms and resistance training.
WATER CLASSES
Aqua Aerobics- Water based workout that exercises large muscle groups, increases your heart rate and makes your lungs work harder. Water aerobics is a form of aerobic exercise that takes place in the water and is usually composed of a variety of exercises. Although almost anyone can participate in water aerobics, the sport is ideal for people with back pain, elderly people or people with delicate bone structures and those who would like to lose weight without putting too much strain on their bodies.
Aqua Arthritic- The aqua arthritic class is a lower intensity Aqua class that utilizes the foam noodles as opposed to the foam weights for even lighter impact on the joints while helping build strength and flexibility.
Aqua Zumba®- Aqua Zumba® blends the Zumba® philosophy with water resistance, for one pool party you shouldn’t miss!
