We truly believe that our classes and instructors aren't just good, they're great with numerous success stories to prove it. Our instructors aren't just passionate about health and fitness, they are passionate about taking group exercise to the next level and providing the best classes they possibly can. But more than that, our classes aren't just seriously good classes, they are seriously a lot of fun. So much so, that we are rolling with it and rebranding our fitness classes as WV FIT X - We don't just provide fitness classes, we provide a fitness X-perience. With over 50 classes a week, we're sure to have something to get you moving and sweating.
